When possible, we suggest that you supply a "one use" database which includes only the data you wish to be utilized for your custom database. This will not only provide added security for your company but will also create precise tracking data which can be used to refine and tailor your next mailing. You save money and mail smarter!
Generally, the "shelf-life" for a custom mail database is three months due to change-of-address and postal regulation updates. Address correction and NCOA certification is done automatically as part of our service for you. Because postal regulations are in a continual state of transition, we strongly suggest that databases not be used for more than one mailing cycle.
A word of caution! Please beware of other mail houses that either reuse out-dated, incorrect databases for years, or are not intimately aware of the US Postal Service's constantly changing regulations! Not only will your company be paying for mail that does not get to your intended customers' correct addresses but it might sit on the USPS docks indefinitely because it does not conform to postal standards (which will then cost you additional monies to correct).
